We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria as a working standard. This is a statement of intent and current practice, not a certification or an audit result.
Accessibility work is part of every release rather than a one-off project.
The following are built into the site as it stands:
Video is our craft, so we hold ourselves to it: work we publish on our own channels ships with captions, and we treat captions as standard rather than an upsell on client deliverables.
Decorative background clips on this site are silent and carry no information that isn't also available as text.
Third-party embeds — video players in particular — are outside our direct control and may not match the rest of the site for keyboard or screen-reader behaviour.
Some longer case-study layouts use dense editorial typography; if any of it is hard to read at your settings, tell us and we'll adjust it rather than defend it.
We test with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom to 200%, reduced-motion enabled, and automated checks for contrast, landmarks, labelling and duplicate identifiers. Automated tools catch a portion of issues; manual passes catch the rest.
If any part of this site blocks you, send us the page address and a short description of what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to fix confirmed blockers as a priority.
