Ten questions we hear on almost every intro call, answered the way we'd answer them on Zoom. If yours isn't here, email hi@cutraw.studio — a producer replies inside a business day.
01How do unlimited revisions actually work?
How do unlimited revisions actually work?
You leave frame-accurate comments in Frame.io. We turn them around same day and re-upload. No round caps, no per-round fees. In practice 71% of Pro projects sign off after one revision pass — because we've usually already seen your channel enough to get the first cut 90% there.
02What's the honest turnaround?
What's the honest turnaround?
First draft in Frame.io Wednesday morning on Pro (Monday upload → Tuesday overnight edit → Wednesday deliver). 48h on Basic. Studio has same-day rush slots for launch weeks. Complex projects — full course batches, 3D, heavy VFX — we quote 3–7 days upfront before the timer starts. We don't miss the ETA we tell you.
03Can I pause or cancel?
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, both from your dashboard. Pause any month — the queue picks up where you left off when you unpause. Cancel and the whole thing is gone with one click. No retention call, no exit interview, no annual commitment we'll surface at the last minute.
04Who owns the project files?
Who owns the project files?
You do — Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci projects, stems, licences, LUTs, thumbnail PSDs. Ask any month and Sara zips the whole bundle into your Drive within a business day. If you leave, everything you paid for leaves with you.
05What software do you cut in?
What software do you cut in?
Premiere Pro is the house default. After Effects for motion, DaVinci Resolve for colour, Cinema 4D for 3D, Photoshop for thumbnails. Final Cut Pro if that's what your channel is set up in. Your editor matches your workflow — we don't ask you to move tools.
06How do I get you my footage?
How do I get you my footage?
Whatever link is already in your bookmarks — Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, WeTransfer. Up to 500GB per request. If you're shooting on a camera we're not familiar with, we ask on the intro call.
07Is the music properly licensed?
Is the music properly licensed?
Yes. Every plan ships with commercially-cleared music and SFX from our internal library. Studio adds Musicbed and Artlist premium tiers. We give you the licence receipt with the final delivery so if a Content ID claim ever shows up, you clear it in a click.
08What if it's not a fit in the first week?
What if it's not a fit in the first week?
Run a real edit in week one. If the draft isn't in your voice, we refund the month in full — no forms, no case-by-case review. It's happened four times in 2025 and we didn't argue any of them.
09Can I get one-off pricing without subscribing?
Can I get one-off pricing without subscribing?
Yes — credit bundles cover a single project. Cheaper per-edit than the sub if you're shipping fewer than four videos a month. Say so on the intro call and we'll price it there.
10Can you actually match my brand style?
Can you actually match my brand style?
That's the whole point of the named-editor system. Send three reference videos and your brand kit on the onboarding call. Your editor calibrates on cut one, dials in by cut three, and by month two most clients say the videos feel more 'them' than what they were self-editing.
