01

How does the unlimited revisions work?

Send as many revision rounds as you need on every active request. We keep iterating until the video is exactly what you imagined — no per-revision fees, ever.

02

What's the real turnaround time?

Most edits ship within 24 hours on Pro and Studio plans. Complex projects (VFX, 3D, full courses) take 48-72 hours and are flagged before we start.

03

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Pause for a month, swap plans or cancel entirely from your dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

04

Who owns the footage and final files?

You do — 100%. We deliver native source files (Premiere, After Effects, Resolve) on request so you can edit independently any time.

05

What software do you edit in?

Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D and Photoshop. Your dedicated editor matches your existing workflow.

06

How do I send footage?

Drop it in your private dashboard — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io all work. Files up to 500GB per request.

07

Do you license music?

Yes. Every plan includes commercial-cleared music and SFX. Studio plan includes premium libraries like Musicbed and Artlist.

08

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month. Edit a real project — if it isn't a fit, we refund in full.

09

Do you offer single-project pricing?

Yes — credit bundles are available for one-off projects without a subscription. Contact us for a quick quote.

10

Can you match my brand style?

Absolutely. Send us a few reference videos or your brand kit and your dedicated editor will calibrate to your exact look on the first edit.
