Four questions.
One honest answer.

No email gate, nothing sent to a sales sequence. It runs in your browser and tells you which plan fits — including when the cheaper one is the right call.

01How many finished videos do you need each month?
02What are you actually shipping?
03How fast do you need a first draft?
04Who's on the other end of the brief?

Answer all four and the recommendation appears here.

/ The arithmetic

We’re not the
cheapest. Here’s
the maths anyway.

Comparing a monthly invoice to a freelancer’s per-video quote is the wrong comparison. The honest one is cost per finished asset, with your own management hours priced in. Put your numbers in and see where we actually land.

Assumes a loaded in-house editor at $5,400/mo (salary, tax, software, hardware) and freelance at $210/video plus 1.2h of your briefing and revision time per video.

Briefing and revision time you stop spending

At 12 videos a month you’d spend $3,384 going the freelance route and $5,400 hiring in-house.

That's $934 a month more than Pro, before a single sick day or missed deadline.

/ Not subscribing

You don’t have to
sign up monthly.

If you’re shipping fewer than four videos a month, a subscription is the wrong shape and we’ll say so. Credit bundles cover a single project and work out cheaper per edit. Mention it on the intro call and we price it there — no upsell script.

01

Single edit

One long-form or one ad, start to sign-off.

Quoted on the call

02

5-credit bundle

Five finished assets, no monthly commitment, twelve months to use them.

Cheaper per edit than Basic under 4 videos/mo

03

Launch sprint

Two weeks, dedicated editor, everything a product or course launch needs.

Fixed scope, fixed fee

/ In writing

What we owe you
if we get it wrong.

These are terms, not marketing. They are the same four promises written into every invoice we send, and you can hold us to them without asking permission first.

01

First week is refundable, no case review

Run a real edit in week one. If the first draft is not in your voice, email us and we refund the month in full within two business days. No forms, no committee, no partial credit dressed up as a refund.

02

We hit the ETA we gave you, or the month is on us

48h first draft on Basic, 24h on Pro, same-day rush slots on Studio. Complex work is quoted upfront before the timer starts. Miss a deadline we set, and that month's invoice is credited in full.

03

Your files stay yours, during and after

Project files, stems, LUTs, licences and thumbnail sources belong to you from the moment they exist. Ask any month and the bundle lands in your Drive within one business day — including the month you cancel.

04

Cancel from the dashboard, not from a phone call

One click ends the subscription. No retention call, no exit interview, no notice period, no annual term surfaced at the last minute. Pause instead if you are simply travelling — the queue resumes where it stopped.

questions.

How do unlimited revisions actually work?

You leave frame-accurate comments in Frame.io. We turn them around same day and re-upload. No round caps, no per-round fees. In practice 71% of Pro projects sign off after one revision pass — because we've usually already seen your channel enough to get the first cut 90% there.

What's the honest turnaround?

First draft in Frame.io Wednesday morning on Pro (Monday upload → Tuesday overnight edit → Wednesday deliver). 48h on Basic. Studio has same-day rush slots for launch weeks. Complex projects — full course batches, 3D, heavy VFX — we quote 3–7 days upfront before the timer starts. We don't miss the ETA we tell you.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, both from your dashboard. Pause any month — the queue picks up where you left off when you unpause. Cancel and the whole thing is gone with one click. No retention call, no exit interview, no annual commitment we'll surface at the last minute.

Who owns the project files?

You do — Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci projects, stems, licences, LUTs, thumbnail PSDs. Ask any month and Sara zips the whole bundle into your Drive within a business day. If you leave, everything you paid for leaves with you.

What software do you cut in?

Premiere Pro is the house default. After Effects for motion, DaVinci Resolve for colour, Cinema 4D for 3D, Photoshop for thumbnails. Final Cut Pro if that's what your channel is set up in. Your editor matches your workflow — we don't ask you to move tools.

How do I get you my footage?

Whatever link is already in your bookmarks — Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, WeTransfer. Up to 500GB per request. If you're shooting on a camera we're not familiar with, we ask on the intro call.

/ One-off project

Just one video?

Skip the plan. Send us the footage on WhatsApp and we'll quote a one-off edit in an hour.
