Listings that sell 22 days faster with a two-day edit turnaround
Atlas shoots on RED, edits nowhere. We built a same-week pipeline that takes their raw shoots on Monday and delivers a cinematic listing film, a 60-second social cut and a 15-second pre-roll ad by Wednesday afternoon.
What we owned
- →Cinematic listing film (90-120s)
- →Social cutdowns (60s, 15s)
- →Cinematic color grade (RED footage)
- →Ambient sound design + licensed score
- →Voiceover polish (in-house VO cleanup)
Where Atlas Property Group was starting
The agency was outshooting its edit capacity by 3×. Their in-house editor could get through two homes a week; they were listing five. The result was gorgeous raw footage sitting in Frame.io while listings hit the MLS with iPhone photos.
What we actually changed
- 01
Built a shot-log template the shooter fills in on the drive back — every listing arrives with a rating on the three or four moments that must open the edit.
- 02
Locked a house style: slow drift openings, hard-cut kitchen reveal, sunset exteriors reserved for the close. Every listing feels like an Atlas listing without becoming formulaic.
- 03
Grade uses their in-house LUT plus a per-listing pass so the sunlight and wall tones match the actual home instead of an Instagram filter.
- 04
Music curated from Musicbed by listing category (family home / modernist / waterfront) so the emotional register is right without a briefing call.
- 05
60-second social cut is not a shortened hero cut — it opens on the kitchen and reveals the exterior last, because Instagram viewers scroll if the first frame is a wide shot of grass.
What shipped
Listings edited by us close 22 days faster than the agency average across the last 84 sales. Two of Atlas's agents now use their listing reels as pitch decks in vendor pitches — winning against agencies twice their size.
“Listings sell faster with their cinematic walkthroughs. The grade is unreal for the price.”
